Qualifications

: J3 }8 |6 Y! g6 [0 ZCoordination three workshops and achieving main KPIs related to:

-Adherence to Industrial plan (volumes)
! ^: j4 `8 ]0 t; D-Productivity/efficiency
8 G8 z% \% N" k" E1 s-Quality of product
waste reduction, delays Back Orders,

Responsible for all workshop activities in the Plant;8 ~  A  K' b& W, k7 [8 h! S

; @/ M  T) f2 C0 E9 B2 KCoordinate all the working procedures to have a smooth production flow and maintain the established lead time.

Manage and monitor the quality of every working procedure to accomplish the quality objective in terms of Product Quality Standard and scrap/rework reduction.4 q/ o* d' O) H$ Y  n6 M& K% }

$ A7 m2 ]. q% eMaintain, control and achieve safe environment
processes machinery manufacturing operations and material handling

Interface extensively with other departments including engineering department, quality department, planning department, maintenance department and so on

Promote, design and coordinate resources to continuous improvement of the processes in terms of efficiency
quality of product, scrap and rework ratio.. u+ P4 l5 m% l0 {  u1 Q' K' @6 O' \

Design and communicate KPI for all high and middle level subordinates

Take part in the final steps of the new model development approving and evaluating critical aspects that can affect quality and productivity during mass production9 ?, _' l1 K& E- A/ w/ |$ e

At least
8 years working experience in manufacturing industry (heavy industry will be preferable), preferably minimum 5 years management experience in manufacturing processes;

Good knowledge in management model of manufacturing industry and strong ability of planning, regulating, and organizing the production processes

Good qualification of psychology and can work under variety of challenge and pressure

Excellent management skills with the ability to organized and delegate tasks and responsibilities,
